Today we went to Whole Foods and bought five, big, beautiful pumpkins. Lisa, Jake, Eddie, and I went on a full on carving mission, and soon after Lisa and I went on a pumpkin cooking spree: Jalapeno Spice Seeds, Cinnamon Agave, Seeds, and 3 loaves of Ginger Pumpkin Bread...all of this and we still had about 8 pounds of pumpkin left...were thinking pumpkin soup or dressing, although recently I dined at my favorite restaurant in San Clemente, Vine and had pumpkin parmesan raviolis with truffle oil and they were divine...Pumpkin Mania!
